Job Description
PEOPLE PVT LTD seeks a proactive Duty Manager to lead front office operations in Lahore. You will supervise front desk, concierge, and guest relations; manage check-ins/outs, reservations, guest issues and VIP arrivals; support occupancy forecasting and room revenue; train staff, enforce SOPs, prepare reports, and handle scheduling. Required: Bachelor’s in Hospitality or related field, 3–5 years in front office/duty management at reputable hotels, strong leadership and communication, Opera Oracle Cloud PMS and MS Office proficiency, excellent decision-making and multitasking under pressure.
