Job Description
Lead daily warehouse operations for inbound/outbound courier parcels: oversee sorting, scanning, dispatch, and receiving; manage staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and maintain shipment and inventory records. Enforce safety, organize the facility, coordinate with hub managers, riders, and dispatch. Investigate parcel discrepancies, optimize space, workflow, and KPIs (TAT, accuracy, delivery success, productivity). Requirements: 2–5 years warehouse/courier experience, WMS knowledge, team leadership, problem-solving, Excel and scanning proficiency, shift flexibility. Full-time, in-person.
