Job Description
We are hiring an Account and Bidding Executive to manage client accounts and lead bid processes. You will prepare competitive proposals, coordinate with sales, finance, and delivery teams, analyze RFP requirements, develop pricing and win strategies, and submit timely bids. The ideal candidate has strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, attention to detail, and 2+ years in account management, tenders, or digital/media bidding. Familiarity with CRM and proposal tools is a plus. This role requires deadline-driven project management and a proactive, client-focused approach.
