Job Description
A Client Relationship Officer builds and maintains strong client partnerships, serving as the primary contact for inquiries, onboarding, and account management. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, coordinating internal teams to deliver timely solutions, resolving issues promptly, and recommending additional services. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years experience in client services or sales, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and CRM proficiency.
