Job Description
Join DS Ecommerce Solutions as a Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional service. You will verify and confirm orders to prevent returns and chargebacks; handle inbound calls; resolve issues; reply to social media messages, comments and reviews; perform accurate data entry; track orders with couriers; and collaborate on escalations while following company policies. Candidates must be 18–25, have at least 1 year of customer support experience in e-commerce/Shopify, strong problem-solving skills, fluent in English and Urdu (written and spoken), proficient with support tools and social platforms, and reside near Federal B Area, Karachi. Full-time, in-person role. Pay: Rs25,00–35,00/month.
