Job Description
We are hiring a Lead Verification & Closing Officer (Sales Specialist) for Mars BPO. Night-shift (7:00 PM–5:00 AM) based in Karachi. Responsibilities: make outbound verification calls, confirm customer details, explain services, handle objections, close leads, record calls, and meet targets. Requirements: confident communicator, smooth outbound calling, basic computer/typing skills, target-driven; call center experience preferred. We offer a competitive salary (Rs50,00–Rs80,00/month) with monthly incentives, training, and career growth in a supportive environment.
