Job Description
Mars BPO seeks a Sales Closing Specialist (Call Verification & Closing Executive) to confidently verify customer information, explain services, and close leads. Responsibilities include outbound verification calls, objection handling, accurate record-keeping, updating internal systems, and meeting daily and weekly targets while ensuring high-quality calls. Requirements: strong, clear communication, confident phone presence, basic computer skills, and the ability to work under pressure; call center experience is a plus. Shift: 7PM–5AM.
