Job Description
Samad Rubber Works seeks an Assistant Manager, Sales Operations to supervise and lead Customer Services. Responsibilities include scheduling regular customer meetings to keep accounts payable current; preparing biannual customer feedback reports for distributors and direct clients; forwarding customer queries to relevant departments and following up to resolution; collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations; ensuring timely collection of receivables through proactive follow-up; and sharing ledger and aging reports with stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing; 3–4 years in Sales Operations; excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Job Type: Full-time. Work Location: In person.
