Job Description
Jerrax seeks an on-site full-time Upwork Bidder with 2+ years winning projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms. You will find projects, write tailored proposals, communicate and follow up with clients, collaborate with tech/design teams for scoping and estimates, negotiate terms, track bids/conversion metrics, and meet monthly acquisition targets. Requirements: 2+ years as Upwork bidder or BD exec in IT; strong knowledge of Upwork/Fiverr/Freelancer; excellent English; familiarity with web/mobile development, UI/UX, digital marketing; independent worker.
