Job Description
We are hiring a French Speaker at Talent Ibex to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will handle inquiries, provide and process information about products and services, resolve complaints in French and English, and build rapport to strengthen service competitiveness. Track and resolve issues promptly to ensure positive CX and strong QA scores. Requirements: O/A Level or Intermediate and above; excellent spoken and written French and English; proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
