Job Description
We are seeking an Architectural Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates, perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, and develop competitive bids. The role requires 3+ years experience in architectural or construction estimating, proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD and estimating software, strong knowledge of materials and construction methods, and excellent communication with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, pricing scopes, producing bid documents, and supporting project budgets and schedules. Attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines are essential.
