Job Description
Digaptics Inc is seeking an experienced Upwork Bidder to grow our freelance presence by winning projects in creative design, animation, video editing, and web development. Responsibilities include identifying and submitting targeted proposals, maintaining strong profile ratings and badges, and communicating with clients to close deals. Candidates should have one to two years of Upwork bidding experience, familiarity with the listed creative disciplines, and excellent written and verbal English. We offer a competitive above-market salary, performance bonuses and commissions, and additional perks for consistent overachievement. Night shift: 8:00 PM–5:00 AM. Job type: Full-time. Work location: In person.
