Job Description
We are seeking a BioPharma Research Lead to drive discovery and preclinical development of biologics and small molecules. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, design experiments, oversee data analysis, and translate findings into development strategies. The ideal candidate holds a PhD in life sciences or equivalent, 8+ years of industry experience, proven leadership, and strong expertise in molecular biology, pharmacology, and regulatory pathways.
