Job Description
Touchstone Communications seeks a Customer Sales Associate to make outbound calls promoting residential roofing and solar using approved scripts. Daily targets: 2 qualified live transfers and 3 qualified leads. Responsibilities include transferring qualified prospects, meeting monthly sales and daily/weekly KPIs, accurately recording customer data in the CRM, following campaign and QA guidelines, attending training and meetings, maintaining assigned hardware/software, and delivering excellent customer service. Education: Intermediate or equivalent. Required skills: strong English communication, empathy, patience, and active listening. Job type: Full-time, entry-level, in person. Compensation: Rs70,00 per month.
