Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Manager (Night Shift) for Noah Pro Max in Garden Town, Lahore. Night timings: 8:00 PM–5:00 AM. Salary: Rs150,00–Rs200,00/month + commissions. You will lead and mentor a BPO/call center sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, build pipelines, manage end-to-end client communication (prospecting, pitching, closing, onboarding), ensure quality customer interactions, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with operations and marketing. Requirements: 3–5 years as a sales manager in BPO (mandatory), proven call center sales leadership, strong international sales knowledge (US campaigns preferred), excellent communication, negotiation, analytical skills, and ability to meet strict targets. Full-time, in-person.
