Job Description
The Hunar Foundation seeks a Resource Mobilization Manager to identify, cultivate and manage donors, corporate partners, foundations and community groups; design and run fundraising campaigns, events and proposals; pursue grants, sponsorships and CSR; build strategic alliances and represent THF; prepare proposals, presentations and donor reports; ensure timely submissions; collaborate with marketing, maintain donor database and report performance. Qualifications: BA/MA in Business Administration, Marketing, Development Studies or related field; 5+ years in fundraising/resource mobilization or business development (NGO preferred). Full-time, in person.
