Job Description
We seek an experienced Senior Climate Change Expert Team Lead to guide interdisciplinary teams in designing and implementing climate mitigation and adaptation programs. You will oversee technical analysis, policy advice, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable climate outcomes.
Key responsibilities include leading project design, supervising staff, securing funding, liaising with government and donors, and ensuring scientific rigor and compliance with international standards.
Qualifications: advanced degree in climate science, environmental policy, or related field; 8+ years relevant experience; proven leadership, excellent communication, and track record with climate projects and proposals.
