Job Description
The Fertilizer Field Officer supports farmers with regular on-site visits, advising on fertilizer choice, application rates, timing, and crop monitoring. Key duties include running demonstrations and demo plots, promoting company products, coordinating with sales and agronomy teams, preparing daily and weekly reports, collecting market and competitor feedback, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. Qualifications: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree; 1–2 years of field experience preferred. Required skills: strong communication, farmer engagement, basic reporting, problem solving, and willingness to travel extensively. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs50,00–Rs70,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
