Job Description
We are hiring a Cutting Incharge to lead cutting operations for our Workwear Division at Personally. You will supervise daily cutting, review markers and lay plans to reduce fabric waste, coordinate with production and planning to meet delivery deadlines, monitor manpower efficiency, maintain cutting reports and fabric consumption records, and enforce quality and safety standards. Train and mentor cutting staff and implement process improvements. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Textile/Garment Technology, 5–8 years in garment cutting, strong knowledge of fabric types, marker and lay planning, leadership experience, and proficiency in MS Excel or ERP cutting systems. Full-time, in-person role.
