Job Description
Join H‑Verse as a Retail Sales Executive. You will greet and assist customers, assess needs, provide product details, recommend and upsell items, and handle transactions, returns, and complaints professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, well‑merchandised store; manage inventory and restock shelves. Develop deep product knowledge, monitor trends and competitors, and support promotions and sales strategies. Collaborate with colleagues during peak periods, report customer feedback, maintain accurate sales records, and strive to meet or exceed KPIs. Full-time, in person. Salary Rs60,00–Rs70,00/month. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
