Job Description

Onsite in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. Shift 6:00 PM–3:00 AM PKT. Manage and confirm appointments, coordinate with clinicians, update EMR/EHR, handle phone/email communications, and follow up on cancellations/no-shows while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality. Requires bachelor’s or O/A Level, medical scheduling experience, strong English, scheduling/software proficiency, organization. US healthcare experience and professional phone etiquette a plus. Full-time, in-person role; accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment required.
