Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Associate for our co-working spaces. You will drive membership growth by leading tours, converting leads, handling inquiries, and managing bookings. Key duties include conducting facility tours, promoting plans and add-ons, supporting on-site events, coordinating with operations for smooth member experiences, maintaining CRM records, and meeting monthly sales targets. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in sales, hospitality, or customer service, strong communication and presentation skills, basic CRM and POS knowledge, a proactive attitude, and availability for flexible hours.
