Job Description
Mubeen Migration in Lahore seeks a presentable, confident Female Front Desk Officer to manage front office operations. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting walk‑in clients; handling phone calls, WhatsApp and email; providing basic visa/immigration information; scheduling appointments; maintaining client records and filing; coordinating with consultants; and ensuring a clean, professional reception. Candidates must be female, minimum Intermediate, fluent in English and Urdu, have basic computer skills (MS Word, WhatsApp, email), a professional appearance, and a calm, courteous manner. This is a full‑time, in‑person position offering PKR 35,00–40,00 per month and growth opportunities within the immigration industry.
