Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Manager of Intellectual Property and Legal Affairs to lead IP strategy, manage trademark and patent filings, oversee licensing, contracts, compliance, and enforcement actions. You will advise senior leadership, coordinate litigation, and supervise external counsel and a small legal team. Ideal candidates hold a law degree with 5–8+ years’ IP experience, strong negotiation skills, and proven ability to develop IP protection programs. Excellent written and verbal English, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple matters are required.
