Job Description

We are seeking a Senior RCM Specialist to optimize revenue cycle processes, manage claims, denials, and payer communications, and lead improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing billing workflows, ensuring compliance, training staff, and collaborating with clinical and finance teams to maximize reimbursement. Required: 5+ years RCM experience, expertise in claims adjudication, denial management, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with EHR and billing systems. Preferred: CPC or CPB certification and leadership experience.
