Job Description
Join The First Sol in Johar Town, Lahore (onsite) as a Business Development Lead. Bring 3–4 years’ BD experience (software/web/mobile preferred) to drive revenue, build US/European client relationships, and lead a small BD team. You will source opportunities via LinkedIn, Upwork, email and networking; craft proposals and pitches; manage CRM pipelines; negotiate and close premium deals; and mentor junior BDs while reporting weekly KPIs. We offer competitive salary, performance bonuses, transparent pay, fuel allowance, and clear leadership paths. Startup mindset, strong communication, negotiation skills, and familiarity with Upwork/CRM tools required. Full-time; Bachelor’s preferred.
