Job Description
Taar Consulting seeks a full-time Customer Support Executive to provide tier-1 POS technical support. You’ll troubleshoot Retail Pro v9/Prism or MS Dynamics AX, resolve Windows 10 and general IT issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Retail Pro certification preferred; the company will enroll qualified hires. Must have strong problem-solving, clear spoken English, technical support experience, and the ability to work under pressure. Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field required. Flexible to work 24/7/365 in rotation. Pay: Rs100,00/month. Language: English (Required). Work Location: In person.
