Job Description
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations: answer/screen calls, handle mail and couriers, schedule appointments and meeting rooms, maintain visitor logs and a tidy reception area, assist with clerical tasks, coordinate with departments, and follow security procedures. 0–2 years’ experience; Intermediate or bachelor’s preferred. Skills: strong verbal and written communication, excellent customer service, professional appearance, MS Office, multitasking, calm under pressure. Corporate/clinic/education experience and basic office administration a plus. Full-time, in-person. Salary: Rs25,00–35,00/month.
