Job Description

Golden Hawk Technologies seeks a Franchise Expansion Specialist based in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. Full-time, in-person, Monday–Friday 1:00 PM–10:00 PM. You will design investor-ready franchise models, map markets, generate and qualify leads, pitch investors, manage the franchise sales cycle, coordinate Marketing/Operations/Legal/Finance, launch B2B subscription offerings, and represent the brand at events. Required: proven franchise sales or B2B business development experience (real estate, facility management, home services, retail, or QSR), strong financial and territory mapping skills, excellent communication and negotiation, CRM and MS Office proficiency, target-driven, and willingness to travel. Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in B2B partnerships/subscriptions/JVs required. Salary: Rs100,00–150,00/month.
