Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is hiring a full-time Customer Support Officer. Minimum qualification: intermediate education. Responsibilities include managing and processing tickets, coordinating with teams for resolution, maintaining records, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Work an 8-hour rotational shift schedule (morning, evening, night). Required: basic English, strong communication and writing skills, ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations, flexibility for all shifts, and familiarity with social media tools and customer service ethics. Salary: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month. Work location: in person.
