Job Description
ProMarketens seeks an on-site Customer Service Representative to join our sales-focused team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, recommend products/services, manage accounts, resolve issues, and meet monthly sales targets. Candidates should have 1-2 years CSR experience, strong communication and persuasion skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on-site.
