Job Description
GT Solutions USA seeks a reliable Admission Department Associate to assist prospective families, manage enrollments, and handle billing and records. Duties: greet families (English required; Spanish a plus), schedule daycare tours, complete enrollment paperwork and onboarding, support outreach to boost enrollment, track payments and issue receipts, and maintain organized records. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, fluent English (spoken and written), prior customer service/admissions/childcare experience preferred, friendly professional demeanor, detail-oriented, and computer proficient. Full-time, in-person in Karachi; night shift availability (8:00 PM–5:00 AM) preferred. Pay: Rs50,00–Rs75,00/month.
