Job Description
Support financial control of manufacturing operations by analyzing production costs, variances, and inventory valuation. Prepare monthly reports, forecasts and budgets; develop KPIs and dashboards to drive cost reduction and efficiency. Collaborate with production, supply chain and finance to investigate variances, standard costing and process improvements. Use ERP systems, advanced Excel and data visualization tools to ensure accurate, timely reporting. Requirements: bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field, 2+ years manufacturing controlling or cost accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills.
