Job Description
Techsol IT in Shahra-e-Faisal is hiring 20 full-time Customer Support Representatives for the night shift (12:00 AM onward). Base pay PKR 70,00 plus commission (average take-home PKR 80,00–90,00). You will make outbound cold calls to international clients, maintain high call volumes, meet daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, handle objections, close deals, and record customer details in CRM. Candidates must be fluent in English with a neutral/near-native accent, have at least 6 months’ experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation, be punctual, target-driven, team-oriented, and able to handle rejection. CRM experience is a plus. On-site work only.
