Job Description
Join our finance team as a Winback and Collections Specialist. You will contact lapsed customers to restore accounts and manage past-due balances through polite, persistent outreach via phone, email, and SMS. Responsibilities include negotiating payment plans, documenting interactions in CRM, meeting recovery targets, and collaborating with billing and legal teams. Ideal candidates have strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in collections or customer retention, basic financial literacy, and familiarity with CRM systems. Able to work to KPIs, handle sensitive data, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
