Job Description
Join Alibaba as a Logistics Associate supporting the Daraz team. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in 3PL, logistics, or delivery operations required. You will manage LMP partners, oversee daily deliveries, returns, backlogs, and KPI tracking; ensure timely deposits of CODs and collections; perform daily and weekly reconciliations; monitor partner compliance with operational and ethical standards; identify process gaps and recommend improvements; and support partner onboarding and training. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills are required. Proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting tools is a plus, with basic finance and reconciliation knowledge preferred.
