Job Description
Blackenwhite is hiring a full-time Customer Support Representative in Karachi. You will manage calls and chats (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), resolve logistics and shipment queries, handle complaints with empathy, maintain records, and collaborate with the team to meet targets. Candidates should have customer support experience, strong English communication, a friendly professional manner, and be hardworking and motivated. This in-person role requires reliable commuting or relocation to Karachi and at least intermediate/graduate education. Not suitable for students. Salary: Rs35,00–Rs45,00 per month.
