Job Description
Seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure company adherence to laws and internal policies. Responsibilities include developing and updating compliance programs, monitoring regulatory changes, conducting risk assessments and internal audits, performing AML/KYC reviews, investigating incidents, delivering staff training, and liaising with regulators. Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in law, finance, or related field, 3+ years in compliance or risk, strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, excellent analytical and communication skills, integrity, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams required.
