Job Description
Educational Counselor — Provide academic and personal guidance to students, including course selection, career planning, college admissions, and social-emotional support. You will conduct individual and group counseling, assess student needs, maintain confidential records, coordinate with teachers and parents, and develop workshops and interventions to promote student success. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field; 2+ years of counseling or student services experience; strong communication, active listening, cultural sensitivity, and organizational skills; counseling license or certification preferred.
