Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd seeks a reliable, detail-oriented Inbound Taxi Controller to manage UK customer booking calls. You will record journey details accurately, dispatch drivers using computer-based systems, monitor driver progress, and handle customer inquiries, complaints, or changes while escalating issues when needed. Required: prior taxi dispatch experience, excellent spoken English, multitasking under pressure, and willingness to work UK shifts including nights and weekends. Familiarity with UK geography/postcodes is a plus. Full-time, in-person. Experience: Inbound Taxi Controller 2 years; Taxi Dispatching 4 years. Pay: Rs450.00 – Rs550.00 per month.
