Job Description
Lead our Power Generation & Utilities team across EMEA, driving strategy, operations, and performance of generation assets and utility systems. You will ensure reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance; manage budgets and capital projects; integrate renewables; and optimize plant efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and local stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions. Requirements: engineering degree, 10+ years in power generation or utilities, proven leadership, financial acumen, and willingness to travel. Report to the Senior VP and build high-performing teams to meet regional energy goals.
