Job Description
Zonal Manager, Seeds responsible for driving seed sales and market share across a designated zone. You will lead sales and distribution teams, develop growth strategies, manage budgets and inventory, ensure product availability, build strong relationships with farmers and distributors, and coordinate with R&D and operations to meet quality and compliance standards. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Business, 5+ years in seeds/agribusiness with proven leadership, excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills, and frequent travel availability. Results-driven, customer-focused candidates who can coach teams and deliver targets should apply.
