Job Description
Lead end-to-end CX strategy to boost satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value. Define CX KPIs/SLAs, use customer data and feedback, reduce churn, lead AI/automation & analytics, align CX with tech, sales & marketing, and represent customers to leadership. Require 10–12 years’ experience (8+ years senior management), strong CX/service operations leadership, data-driven and strategic execution mindset. Master’s preferred. Location: Lahore (preferred). Full-time, in person. Include current and expected salary in application.
