Job Description
On-site in Pakistan. Full-time, PKR 75,00–100,00/month. Lead and scale ecommerce operations across UK, Canada, and USA markets. Own store performance, product listings, pricing, promotions, CRO, AOV, and KPIs (revenue, conversion, ROAS, retention). Coordinate international order fulfillment, customer experience, and multi–time-zone operations. Collaborate with marketing on paid ads, email, and promotions. Requirements: proven international ecommerce experience (Shopify/WooCommerce/Amazon), knowledge of cross‑border logistics and customer expectations, basic paid‑ads and analytics, strong problem-solving and results orientation. Bonus: experience scaling international brands, returns management, payment gateways, and Shopify automation.
