Job Description
Bali 4 is hiring an Experienced Customer Service Representative for our ACA campaign in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Night shift (7:00 PM–5:00 AM). You will make outbound calls to verify and update customer information, follow call flows, enter accurate data, and deliver professional, customer-first service. Candidates need 2–6 months ACA or call center experience, strong spoken and written English, basic computer skills, good listening and persuasion, and must be 18+ and able to work nights.
