Job Description
We are hiring a full-time, in-person Customer Sales Representative at THE CP TECH INTERNATIONAL L.T.D (Opposite Giga Mall, near Cheezious Zaraj, Central Mall 4th Floor, Islamabad). Day shift role focused on outbound/inbound calls to convert leads, manage follow-ups, update CRM, and close sales to meet KPIs. Candidates must have strong English communication, proven telesales and phone-closing experience, objection handling, negotiation skills, and self-motivation. Preferred: 2 years CSR experience; CRM or call center systems; courier/logistics background a plus. We offer performance bonuses, company trips, clear career growth, and a professional environment.
