365 Care Group seeks a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support daily operations by optimizing workflows, maintaining accurate documentation, preparing operational reports, and coordinating cross-department activities. Ideal candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office, and a process-driven mindset. Open to fresh graduates (0–1 year experience). Responsibilities include data entry, analyzing operational data to spot trends, assisting in process improvements, and ensuring timely execution of tasks in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
