Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of hardware configurations for IBM, HPE, Dell, and Lenovo servers.
- Experience with IBM, HPE, Dell EMC, and Fujitsu storage systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with logs analysis and hardware replacements.
- Experience in server and storage hardware RAID configurations.
- Basic installation and configuration experience with Linux (RedHat, SUSE, CentOS).
- Availability for 24/7 onsite customer support as needed.
