Job Description
Techneed seeks a full-time Bidding Specialist to generate leads by bidding on Freelancer and Upwork for web development and graphic design projects. Responsibilities include writing tailored proposals, communicating and following up with clients, coordinating with web and design teams, and tracking bids, leads, and conversions. Requirements: 6–12 months bidding experience, basic knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and graphic design services, strong English communication, independent and target-oriented. Compensation: fixed salary plus commission on closed deals (Rs35,00–Rs50,00/month). Work location: in person. Application questions: How much experience do you have bidding on freelancing platforms?
