Job Description
We are seeking a Truck Dispatch Manager to oversee daily dispatch operations, coordinate drivers, optimize routes, and ensure on-time deliveries. You will manage schedules, assign loads, monitor fleet performance, resolve delays, and maintain compliance with DOT regulations. Lead and train a small dispatch team, communicate with clients, and use TMS software to track shipments and KPIs. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of freight dispatch experience, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with routing and safety regulations.
